S.A.V.E. Certification means SAVE some Green (at Green's!)

Did you know that approximately half of the energy used in your home goes to heating and cooling?  So, making smart decisions about your home’s heating, cooling and water heating systems can have a big effect on your utility bills AND your comfort!

At Green’s Appliance, Heating & Cooling, we pride ourselves in helping homeowners achieve maximum efficiency and comfort in the most affordable ways, by providing them with S.A.V.E. Certified installations.

What is a SAVE-certified installation?  The new System Adjustment and Verified Efficiency (SAVE) certification assures you that the heating and cooling professional installing or maintaining your new heating, ventilation and air conditioning system is properly trained in energy-efficient installation and measurement. Only a licensed HVAC SAVE-certified contractor can provide you with this service.  A HVAC SAVE-certified contractor’s assessment will make sure you purchase the most appropriate, energy-efficient system for your home, and that it’s installed correctly for optimum savings and comfort.

Right now in 2014, utility companies such as MidAmerican Energy and Alliant Energy, are giving incredible rebates on new HVAC equipment that has been installed, tested and verified by an HVAC SAVE-certified contractor.

All of our HVAC technicians at Green’s Appliance, Heating & Cooling have taken the required training and have been SAVE-certified.  If you would like more information on how you can save big money on your future utility bills (while making your home more comfortable than it has ever been) give us a call at 515-323-0680 and ask to speak to one of our SAVE-certified technicians.
