Heavy Dishwasher Door Fix

Have you ever had your dishwasher door get so heavy it almost falls to the floor when you open it? Often, it's a simple repair. In a recent case, one of our customer's in Altoona, IA had a Bosch Dishwasher (Model SHE65P05UC/63) door that kept slamming down. It jarred the dishes, glasses, and the nerves of its owner. Green’s sent Jamie to find out why.  This dishwasher needed new door cable kits for both sides of the door.  Jamie also discovered the unit was still under the year manufacturer warranty, and was able to repair the unit free of charge for the customer.
